Poor sleep is such a common issue amongst adults. Most nights I’m OK, but there are some nights that I lie there, twiddling my thumbs, waiting for it to come to me. And… it just doesn’t. I’m stuck, ruminating and wondering “what if” and generally being a bit anxious. I know it doesn’t help me sleep, but I can’t help but do it. What I would give to have an “off switch!”
