The great thing about sleep ASMR is that it’s brought people together from all around the world. Insomniacs everywhere are bonding over the shared struggle of falling asleep and funnily enough, using this problem to not only meet others like them, but YouTubers who are kind enough to share their time to create videos that can hopefully help these people with their lack of sleep.

I didn’t think there would be one, but I’ve managed to find a Dutch sleep ASMR specialist, by the name of Isabel. She’s been running her channel for the past 7 years and has built up a follower of just under 350K followers.
