Sleep ASMR has come in leaps and bounds over the last several years. There have been so many genres splitting off and going in weird and wonderful directions. But the reality is, when you’re trying to sleep, having a quiet environment helps. Yes, you want to hear to video, but you don’t want it to be so loud that it keeps you awake. Skillful YouTubers can set the volume in their videos high enough that the trigger does it job, but not so high that it prevents the very thing that it’s trying to do.
