Sleep ASMR has gained in prevalence over the last several years as a way to help people relax and go to sleep. It doesn’t work for everyone, but enough people have found that it’s effective such that quite a few people have jumped onto YouTube and started recording videos to help people drift off. There aren’t specifically videos that tackle sleep and relaxation together, but generally, if you can’t relax, then you can’t sleep. Some of the better videos are 30 minutes or longer, plenty of time get rid of tension in your body and get into the right frame of mind before you’re visited by the Sandman.
