Sleep ASMR is a powerful way to get some rest if you’re feeling troubled. On its own, it works well. Pair it with something like guided meditation and you’ve got a potent pair that might be able to solve all of your sleep related issues.

Not everyone is able to walk through a guided meditation; there actually are tertiary courses that educate people in how to use meditation as a therapeutic method. When these people discover the power of sleep ASMR and link it with their profession… look out insomnia.
