So yeah, while my emoji was more so a head massage, you get the drift. I think what makes these sleep ASMR vids so pleasant is that hair brushing is another activity that can:

• make you drop your guard,
• relax you,
• make you drift off.

When I get a haircut, I go to a place that will sometimes offer free hair washes. I wouldn’t otherwise have someone wash my hair. While it’s not hair brushing, it sure does relax me. I’ll close my eyes and let the person do all the work. Something about water does it for me.
