It’s no surprise that people who watch sleep ASMR videos are trying to get to sleep. What I have found, not so surprising but rather curious are the specific time periods people are searching for video length to help them get to sleep. I’ve covered videos that are long as 12 hours long, to some as short as a few minutes. 30 minutes is a nice, middle amount I guess, but I still wonder why 30? Why not 20, or 40? Anyway, I think the reasoning behind it is that people think it’s a reasonable time frame to go from wide awake to asleep. Furthermore, they’re in the mood for no voices, just the best triggers to send them on their way. Below are some of the videos that fit these conditions, hope you enjoy!
