ASMR Sleep Visual: Looking At These “Things” Will Make You Veeery Sleepy… 👀

A core part of sleep ASMR is the idea of triggers: sensory occurrences that create a specific effect. In the case of these videos, it has a high chance of making the viewer sleepy. For sleep ASMR videos, the triggers are sound-based. Specific things like scraping, brushing, breathing, whispering can elicit a response of making people yawn and gradually drift off.

Some of these talented video producers have figured out that along with these auditory triggers, there are also visual triggers, that is, things that the viewer sees during the video that can also elicit a feeling of tiredness.
