Episode #11 – Chapter 6, Dr. Seward and Mina’s Thoughts
While this is not about Jonathan Harker, it is fascinating reading the diaries of different people. I do hope there is somehow an intertwining of plots, particularly of Dr. Seward’s patient with that of Dracula. I guess we’ll just have to wait and see!

Episode #10 – Chapter 6, More Voices
While this does appear to be a divergence from the main story, there are actually some interesting developments here. Such is the quality of the narrative from Bram Stoker! We hear a bit on one of Lucy’s men who runs a mental asylum and what a particular patient of his is up to…

Episode #9 – Chapter 5, a Change
There’s a mini cliffhanger here. We divert our attention away from Jonathan Harker and suddenly get into the lives of other people, namely his beloved Mina and her friend. This is a nice change of pace, but how long will it last?…

Reading this chapter, I’m not sure if this book is the best choice in terms of putting you to bed. It gets a bit heart-pumping. I mean, we’re talking about Dracula here. Anyway, I hope you enjoy the reading and that if anything, my voice is what you focus on, not the story. βΊοΈ

Episode #4 – Bram Stoker’s “Dracula”, End of Ch. 2
We’re starting to pick up a bit of pace now. Jonathan Harker’s now penning his diaries and we’re living vicariously through his entries. I’ve always been into gothic pop culture (think more “Castlevania” video games, than, say, Twilight π), so I’m quite enjoying the genesis of this genre. I hope you are too!

Episode #3 – Chapter βπ½of Bram Stoker’s “Dracula” π¦
Hello everyone, I think I’m getting into the swing of things now with podcasting. I’m holding the microphone properly to get a better capture of my voice and muting all my devices so there’s no more annoying “pings!” halfway through my recording. Anyway, we start Chapter 2 today, let’s get straight in…

Thanks again for tuning in. Let’s finish up Chapter 1 of Bram Stoker’s Dracula. I’ve got to apologize in advance for an Apple notification sound chiming in, just disregard it for now and hope you enjoy the rest of the episode π
