So this question popped up the other day when I was doing my routine visit on YouTube. It’s pretty frightening if it is possible. For those who don’t know, sleep paralysis is exactly what it sounds like: you’re sleeping, then either in a dream or as you’re trying to wake up, you can’t move. You’re trying to move, but your limbs are trapped. Even worse, your eyes might not be able to open. Super freaky.
I’ve felt variations of this, feeling like I can’t breathe. But never feeling like I’ve been unable to move. Sleep ASMR should be able to help you get to sleep and sleep well, but I haven’t heard of cases where it causes sleep paralysis. Here’s a few videos that I know help you sleep well. If you are experiencing sleep paralysis, do share so we can document this.
