This is an interesting predicament. I can’t say I’ve read many stories of people who are struggling to “wean” themselves off sleep ASMR. It’s a great sleep aid, but do someone completely come to rely on it to sleep? I’d need to survey a whole group of people – maybe readers of this blog – to see what the result is. Anecdotally, my daughter who listens to it does use it most nights, but there have been nights she’s had no access to the videos and she’ll fall asleep eventually. Is it a huge problem if one cannot sleep without these helpful videos? I’d love to hear some perspective from people who migh be struggling. Do you know anyone, or are you someone who fits the mold?
