My Hero Academia is a shonen anime that’s been pretty popular in the last several years. It features a number of youths and adolescents who have special powers and tracks their life in an academy that helps them foster these powers. The main character is Izuku Midoriya, who’s also known as Deku, which is his hero name.

I can’t help but think of the race of forest people in the Legend of Zelda when I hear “Deku” and I think it’s no accident that Midoriya happens to have “Midori” in his name which means “green” in Japanese. Anyway, Some people love the show and Deku and him sleeping helps them sleep. There’s a handful of sleep ASMR videos that do this. Hopefully one of these can help you catch a few Zzz’s.
