One of the great things about sleep ASMR is its ability to evoke not only tingles from sound, but tingles from sensation as well. Its quite amazing how this is possible, given that the video is predominantly noises. But that’s the power of really good ASMR. There’s whole videos that explore the notion of temperature and the ones I’m featuring in today’s blog are all about ice. Personally, there’s nothing that relaxing in my mind about ice. If it’s too cold, it takes too long to get warm and cozy. Give me a fireplace any day. But hey, each to their own.
