I’m glad I’m not an insomniac. I don’t sleep super deep, nor for long periods of time, but I am able to sleep. It’s definitely been harder since I became a parent quite a few years ago, but you get used to it. I’m imagine that being an insomniac is pretty difficult, where you want to sleep but something is keeping you awake, stopping you from enjoying the feeling of floating away and drifting off.
Sleep ASMR is more critical than ever for you, specifically the videos that are recorded by psychologists and clinicians who know what they’re doing. I can’t guarantee all the videos I share are clinically approved, but I’ll do my best.
