Look, it’s definitely not the first thing I would search for if trying to find a sleep ASMR video to get some rest, but again, I don’t judge. I think what people are trying to get at are the hair/head massage type videos, and a lice check is… surprisingly specific, but it’s the action of running a fine tooth comb through the hair that’s relaxing, as well as the fact that someone’s looking after you in such a careful way.

Again, the ASMR YouTubers of the world don’t disappoint and there’s no shortage of them who have jumped on the trend and created some truly fantastic vids that recreate this scenario. So stop itching, get watching and then go to sleep.
