In terms of effective sleep ASMR triggers, tapping has got to be in the top three. Not sure if it would take home the gold medal, but I’m sure there are hundreds if not thousands of searches for this trigger on YouTube daily. When looking at utensils to use for tapping, it’s down to the individual YouTubers, but a recurring “instrument” isn’t something that is held at all, but more so… manicured? That’s right, I’m talking about fingernails.
