Doesn’t a name like “Restful Rambles” completely epitomize what sleep ASMR is all about? A whole bunch of well-meaning YouTubers who talk a lot but don’t really say anything meaningful? Don’t get me wrong, I don’t mean that in a negative way, what they do is meaningful, but by their own admission, many of their words are just repetitive sounds that are designed to help people go to sleep.
