There’s a whole bunch of sleep ASMR videos of people who just talk. They have naturally relaxing voices, maybe not in the realm of the legendary Morgan Freeman, but along those lines. And it isn’t that they have boring voices either. They have voices that just tap into that part of your mind that sends you off into outer sleep.

The great thing about this is that at least half the videos on YouTube for helping people sleep are just of people talking. There are male videos, female videos, videos on languages other than English… the list goes on. It’s a long list, so I’m not going to publish it all, but hand pick a few to share below.
